Description of Classes

Matrix Add/Edit Listings – Adding & Editing Listings provides the full scope of MLS knowledge that every member needs to create the ideal MLS listing. This class will help you avoid potential violations, by reviewing the Canopy MLS  Rules and Regulations. It will ease the listing experience by providing resources to help you better prepare for your data entry process. The class then walks you through the data entry screens as well as how to upload photos and documents to the listing.

Matrix Searches and Displays – In this class you will learn how to search the MLS like a pro. We will cover all of the display and mapping functions that will help serve your client and save you time. Topics to be covered are Market Watch, Hotsheets, saved searches, search by map, exporting MLS data, setting personal defaults and emailing listings. This class is the basis for all Matrix™ functionality.

Matrix Client Portal – We will set up the personalized Web site “The Portal” for each of your clients to be able to access listings, CMAs and statistical reports that you will send through Matrix. From this “Portal” the client can view and prioritize e-mailed properties as well as create notes. The Client Portal allows the agent to monitor activity and better serve his or her client. Reverse Prospecting and Hit Counters Give a listing agent an edge to track and promote your listings.

Matrix for Appraisers – Searches and displays taught specifically for Appraisers.

CMA Wizard – Learn to harness all of the data sets available to you to create Comparative Market Analysis reports short and long. Whatever type of client you are working with we have a CMA for you. Step through CMAs utilizing MLS data as well as public sales with the CMA Wizard, realist Comps report. Remine 360 CMA, RPR comp report and mobile options through RPR and Homesnap.

Realist Tax – Realist® is a public-record database that seamlessly integrates with your MLS system, allowing you to quickly research properties and listings, assess market conditions and trends, value homes, identify comparable sales, market to buyers and sellers, and create custom exports. Realist enhances the capabilities of your MLS system, giving your members the insights necessary to identify, understand and take decisive action.

SAM (Statistical Analysis Module) and Fast Stats – Position yourself as a market expert and use SAM to create fast and easy reports, charts and presentations about the current market as well as past and current trends. Share these reports on Social Media and websites as live data. Capture charts and data to use in listing presentations. With Fast Stas pull pre-created statistical reports weekly, monthly or quarterly that bring the data to life and help you assess past and current markets.

Stats and Market Reports – Create Statistical charts and download Statistical data from Matrix™ using the over 30 different statistics with customizable time frames and groupings. Compare 2 different data points at once. Create a stylized chart to share in office and listing presentations. Share stats with your clients with ease through their Client Portal. Market Reports allow for personal, office and firm production analysis on transactions, sides and dollars sold. Also, ranking reports to see how they rank in their Market.

Homesnap – Tackle the issues that are core to your business! Tips, Tricks and best practices for mastering the top seven tools within Homesnap Pro. Learn this tools will change your daily habits, making you more efficient and productive in your business while on the go. In addition, learn how to invite clients to work exclusively with you within Homesnap, and how to easily share properties and message clients. (Please download the HomeSnap app before coming to class.) 

Remine – Extracts data from MLS and public sources, delivering new insights and qualified leads with a click of a button, so you can spend more time closing deals and less time finding them. Remine provides one integrated platform that allows Agents to use predictive analytics to turn new opportunities into revenue. Organize and watch properties for change in likelihood to sell as compared to the market. And create mailing lists to stay connected with engaged clients.

ShowingTime – Gain a strong understanding of all the features and benefits, and be fully ready to use the ShowingTime Appointment Center. Walk through entering showing instructions and viewing showing notifications. See how easy it is to schedule appointments online and through the mobile app, as well as how to manage feedback after appointments. In addition, ShowingTime Mobile App, Customize Feedback Settings, Customize the Listing Activity Report, Setup Restrictions and Exceptions, and Run Agent Reports.

RRP (Realtors Property Resource) – REALTORS have unparalleled access to data that will give you a competitive edge with your clients. At its base are over 150 million property records, built from public record and assessment information. Then layers of data have been added such as zoning, permits, and mortgage and lien data, schools and the largest database of foreclosure information in the industry. REALTOR members of participating MLSs will also have their localized MLS active and off-market data integrated with these robust national data sets.
